What is Happiness ?

What is happiness?
Is it Just looking from outside?
Or
Is it just an expression ?
Can we tell someone is happy ?
If s/she is smiling ?

A river is flowing down?
Is river Happy ?
A ocean is tiding up ?
Is ocean Happy ?

How do we measure the Happiness?
I often wonder how people measure the others Happiness
I asked myself millions time I still never got the answer
Happiness is the mystery of our heart and mind

Happiness is the motions of life
Happiness is the emotions of life 
happiness is the feeling of the heart
happiness is the imagination of mind

It can't measure like altitude
It can't measure like lattitude
it can't measure like longitude
Happiness is Happiness it can only measure by Happitude
