Finally 

I realize 

life is 

Neither inhaling 

nor just exhaling 

in reality 

Life starts inhailing 

and end with exhaling 

But in practice 

One half of the life is  inner khumbhak 

And another half of the life is outer khumbhak 

So

learn to Balance the inhaling and exhailing 

learn to Balance the inner khumbhak and outer khumbhak 

Then, we realize, what is life 

What is the meaning of life
